Arrival and Orientation at the Caracalla SpaThe reception desk in the entrance hall of the Caracalla Spa is efficient and friendly, the staff speak English, and are clearly used to helping and advising new visitors. Visitors pay for the number of hours that they wish to spend in the spa in advance, and are directed to the first floor to the changing rooms. Friendly staff are on hand to advise first time visitors before and after changing. Lockers for clothes are available in the changing area. Valuables, including money for the café within the spa, may be put in smaller, more secure lockers just within the pool area itself; do ask staff for advice if you cannot find them. Towels may be hired from the spa shop in the entrance hall, or you can bring your own.
